Quiet Revolution Turbine

Designed by XC02, a low-carbon energy consultancy, the Quiet Revolution is a vertial axis windmill meant to be incorpated into urban settings. The patent-pending design has just one moving part, and claims to be virtually silent and vibration free, utilizing an "S-blade" design to achieve optimal performance.
