"the octomatics project is about a new number system which has a lot of advantages over our old decimal system The name comes from the mixture of 'octal' and 'mathematics" Okay, so this guy has made up a new math and numeric system based off of the number 8, but the weird thing is that it makes sense if you take time to read it.
