High School Hybrid

A high school (yeah, a high school) in West Philadelphia has has created a hybrid car out of a VW bio-diesel engine, an electric motor, and a Honda Civic chassis. The car gets 50mpg, has over 300hp, and does 0-60 in under 4 seconds. Beyond being amazing from a technical standpoint, the car was built after hours by self proclaimed C and D students.
