Sketch Furniture by FRONT

Front Design of Sweden developed a manner to realize thier sketches with 3d. They basically motion capture their own sketches in real space, then use that information to generate 3d models in a computer, and then print the via SLA or SLS. The whole process is pretty cool, though undeveloped. The forms seem to have their own style much in the same way that sketching with Painter or SketchbookPro seem to dictate the style. Maybe one day we'll all finally be able to produce the actual products that we sketch...no matter how uncomfortable they may be in the real world, they'll look good from one angle.
