We Feel Fine

If you look at one site today it should be this site. It's incredible, runs smoothly, and it's well designed. "We Feel Fine" is an applet that searches the internet every few minutes, looking in the world's newly posted blog entries for occurrences of the phrases "I feel" and "I am feeling". When it finds such a phrase, it records the full sentence, up to the period, and identifies the "feeling" expressed in that sentence. It then saves the information into a "feeling" database and allows you to filter the feelings of gender, countries, years, states, etc.. The reason that this is so amazing is that the interface is very well done, AND it has the ability to guage the general feelings of the internet.
